Iron Ore Mining
Our aim is to produce iron ore in the Sorgun district of Yozgat in Turkey. We started to study this area and its geological structure six months ago with our strategy team and our geophysical engineers. As a result of these surveys, we observed that the ore distribution here was much higher than expected.
Currently, in our first phase of production, we produce 40,000 tons of Iron ore per month
In the second phase, a monthly production of 80,000 of tons is planned.
The aim of the project is to reach the tons of ore we have found in our studies within a ten-year period and to contribute to reducing Turkey’s foreign trade deficit.
The Iron ore will first be passed through crushers and processed in mills after pre-enrichment in dry separators.
